El Hotel Los Delfines Hotel & Convention Center es uno de los principales hoteles
ejecutivos y de conferencias de 5 estrellas de la ciudad de Lima, ubicado en el distrito financiero
y residencial de San Isidro, brinda un buen servicio a sus clientes; sin embargo, no cuenta con
proceso administrativo adecuado tomando en cuenta la percepción de los colaboradores del
hotel.
El objetivo fue describir cómo es el proceso administrativo tomando en cuenta la
percepción de los colaboradores del hotel. La metodología utilizada fue de tipo básica y
descriptiva, ya que se describe el proceso administrativo, además presenta un diseño no
experimental, debido a que no se realiza una manipulación de la realidad de la población de
estudio. La recolección de los datos fue a través del uso de encuestas y la observación. La
población está conformada por 300 trabajadores del Hotel Los Delfines y el tamaño de muestra
71 empleados a quienes se aplicaron las encuestas.
Se llegó a la conclusión que el proceso administrativo del Hotel Los Delfines presenta una
gerencia poco organizada, no cuenta con un cronograma de actividades y su infraestructura no
está completamente habilitada para la realización de eventos sociales, por la poca capacidad de
aislamiento en la infraestructura, además la evaluación y verificación de actividades es
inconstante y los trabajadores afirman que no reciben capacitaciones para su mejor desempeño. The Hotel Los Delfines Hotel & Convention Center is one of the main 5-star conference
and executive hotels in the city of Lima, located in the financial and residential district of San
Isidro, offering good service to its clients; however, it does not have an adequate administrative
process taking into account the perception of the hotel's employees.
The objective was to describe how the administrative process is, considering the
perception of the hotel's employees. The methodology used was basic and descriptive, since the
administrative process is described, and it also presents a non-experimental design, since no
manipulation of the reality of the study population is carried out. Data collection was by surveys
and observation. The population is made up of 300 workers at the Hotel Los Delfines and the
sample size is 71 employees to whom the surveys were applied.
It was concluded that the administrative process of the Los Delfines Hotel presents a
disorganized management, it does not have a schedule of activities and its infrastructure is not
fully enabled for social events, due to the low isolation capacity in the infrastructure, in addition
The evaluation and verification of activities is inconsistent and the workers affirm that they do
not receive training for their best performance.
