Habilidades gerenciales y desempeño laboral del personal administrativo de la Red de Servicios de Salud Cusco Norte - 2018

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene por objetivo analizar el grado de relación existente entre las habilidades gerenciales y el desempeño laboral del personal administrativo de la Red de Servicios de Salud Cusco Norte en el año 2018. El tipo de investigación es de alcance descriptivo-Correlacional, con diseño no experimental, la población y muestra ha sido de 58 trabajadores de la Red de Servicios de Salud Cusco Norte, la técnica usada fue la encuesta y el instrumento ha sido el cuestionario, los datos han sido procesados y analizados con programa SPSS y para probar la hipótesis correlacional se ha utilizado el Chi cuadrado y el Tau b de Kendall. Las conclusiones permiten evidenciar lo siguiente: Las habilidades gerenciales en el personal administrativo de la Red de Servicios de Salud Cusco Norte en el año 2018 son buenas en el 46,6% y el desempeño laboral del personal administrativo de la Red de Servicios de Salud Cusco Norte en el año 2018 es buena en el 70,7%, y finalmente las habilidades gerenciales se relacionan significativamente con el desempeño laboral del personal administrativo de la Red de Servicios de Salud Cusco Norte en el año 2018 (p<0,05)

The objective of this research work is to determine the degree of relationship between managerial skills and job performance of the administrative personnel of the Cusco Norte Health Services Network in 2018. The type of research is descriptive-correlational in scope, with non-experimental design, the population and sample has been 58 workers from the Cusco Norte Health Services Network, the technique used was the survey and the instrument has been the questionnaire, the data have been processed and analyzed with the SPSS program. The conclusions show the following: Management skills in the administrative staff of the Cusco Norte Health Services Network in 2018 are good in 46.6% of the cases, the work performance of the administrative staff of the Services Network of Health Cusco Norte in 2018 is good in 70.7% of the cases, and finally the managerial skills are significantly related to the work performance of the administrative personnel of the Cusco Norte Health Services Network in 2018 (p <0.05)
