Costos de operación e ingresos del atractivo turístico Basílica Catedral del Cusco, Periodo 2018

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación, describe los costos de servicios que existe en la Basílica Catedral del Cusco y los ingresos que se recaudan por visitar dicho museo en el periodo 2018.La investigación demuestra los costos de servicios que se incurren en mantener la Catedral del Cusco, así como sus ingresos por la venta de boletos en diferentes nominaciones, como son los boletos por ingreso denominados parciales adultos que significa ,que con este boleto de valor de veinticinco soles se puede visitar la catedral con una duración de diez días para las personas adultas tanto nacionales como extranjeros. También hay boletos parciales estudiantes cuyo costo es de doce cincuenta soles previa la presentación del carnet de estudiante, asimismo están los boletos integrales adultos de un valor de treinta, el cual da derecho a visitar tres museos más, como son el Museo Arzobispal, La Iglesia de San Cristóbal y el Templo de San Blas, y el boleto integral estudiante cuesta quince soles manteniendo las mismas condiciones que los demás. Para este propósito se ha previsto que metodológicamente sea una investigación básica, cuantitativa, descriptiva, y no experimental, teniendo como población la organización administrativa de la basílica catedral del Cusco y la documentación sustentatoria referente al año 2018. En relación a su fundamento teórico, se ha considerado de costos de operación, e ingresos así como el acuerdo con el vaticano respecto a las exoneraciones que tiene la iglesia católica, luego se ha insertado un conjunto de finalmente conceptos en el marco conceptual que van a contribuir a comprender de mejor manera la lectura de la presente investigación y entender a las variables que forman parte de la estructura central de la tesis. En los resultados se muestra en cuanto asciende los gastos, cómo los ingresos que percibió el atractivo de la Basílica Catedral del Cusco, además se describe los ingresos por boletos vendidos y se llegó a la conclusión de que los ingresos superan ampliamente los costos y gastos de servicio periodo 2018.

This research paper describes the costs of services that exist in the Cathedral Basilica of Cusco and the revenues that are collected from visiting said museum in the 2018 period. The investigation demonstrates the costs of services incurred in maintaining the Cathedral of Cusco , as well as its income from the sale of tickets in different nominations, such as the entrance tickets called partial adult means, that with this ticket of twenty-five soles you can visit the cathedral with a duration of ten days for adults both domestic and foreign. There are also partial student tickets whose cost is twelve fifty soles prior to the presentation of the student card, there are also comprehensive adult tickets of a value of thirty, which entitles you to visit three more museums, such as the Archbishop's Museum, The Church from San Cristóbal and the Temple of San Blas, and the integral student ticket costs fifteen soles while maintaining the same conditions as the others. For this purpose it has been foreseen that methodologically it will be a basic, quantitative, descriptive, and non-experimental investigation, having as its population the administrative organization of the basilica cathedral of Cusco and the supporting documentation referring to the year 2018. In relation to its theoretical foundation, it is has considered operating costs, and income as well as the agreement with the Vatican regarding the exemptions that the Catholic church has, then a set of concepts has finally been inserted in the conceptual framework that will contribute to a better understanding of reading of this research and understand the variables that are part of the central structure of the thesis. The results show as soon as the expenses rise, how the income received by the attractiveness of the Cathedral Basilica of Cusco, also describes the income from tickets sold and it was concluded that the revenues far exceed the costs and expenses of 2018 period service.
