Determinación de la oferta y demanda de los estacionamientos, análisis de sus características geométricas y el de los accesos viales hacia los polos atractores de Lucre.

Abstract

La presente tesis está basada en la rama de Ingeniería de Tránsito, se determine la oferta y demanda actual de estacionamientos en vía y fuera de ella, considerando las características geométricas de los polos atractores en el Tramo comprendido en las rutas CU – 1314 y CU – 1317, al igual que entre el Paradero Anchibamba – poblado de Lucre – Yanamanchi – Camino Vecinal entre las comunidades de Yanamanchi, Pacramayo y Huarcay; todo esto en el distrito de Lucre, Provincia de Quispicanchi, Región Cusco. En un fin de semana se observó que desde el paradero de Anchibamba existen un número de vehículos sobretodo privados son atraídos por heladerías, quintas restaurantes, piscigranjas, entre otros; polos atractores que en conjunto no cuentan con estacionamientos suficientes para satisfacer la demanda requerida, de esa forma utilizan la vía pública, y aun así no es suficiente para satisfacer las necesidades de los usuarios que acceden a los servicios del Poblado de Lucre, a esto se suma las restricciones municipales del uso de suelo, todo esto genera un desorden de transitabilidad de los diversos modos de transporte. La metodología utilizada es cuantitativa, con un nivel de investigación descriptiva, siendo que su diseño de investigación de carácter no experimental transversal y un análisis hipotético deductivo, obteniendo como resultado que existe un 64% de déficit de oferta de estacionamientos los fines de semana, de los cuales 90% son generados por polos de atracción que no cuentan con un área de estacionamiento. Se concluyó que en el Tramo I la oferta es suficiente a diferencia del Tramo II donde hace falta 28 cajones y en el Tramo III 60 cajones de déficit de oferta en relación a la demanda de estacionamientos. Se recomienda crear espacios para poder satisfacer la demanda de vehículos.

This thesis is based on the branch of Traffic Engineering, determine the current supply and demand of parking on and off the road, considering the geometric characteristics of the attraction poles in the section included in the routes CU - 1314 and CU – 1317, between the Whereabouts Anchibamba – Town of Lucre – Yanamanchi – Minor road between the communities of Yanamanchi, Pacramayo and Huarcay in the district of Lucre Province of Quispicanchi, Region of the Cusco. Visitando the town a weekend we observe that from the Anchibamba whereabouts it exists a big number of vehicles topcoat deprived that go to the diverse establishments as there are ice-cream parlors, country houses restaurants, piscigranjas between others. The most excellent problem is that all the vehicles that visit the place need parkings and big part of the poles atractores does not have the drawers sufficient for such a demand provoking that these vehicles use the public route as a parking and in turn generating in rush-hours disorder in the transport circulation, vehicles parked in rigid areas, breaking of the norms and between others. It is of the quantitative type since the only reality was studied, is sequential and convincing, the level of this investigation is descriptive because these studies allow to detail situations and events, the method of investigation of the present thesis is hypothetical deductively since it is fulfilled by the essential steps of the scientific method. It was concluded that in Section I the supply is sufficient unlike Section II where 28 boxes are needed and in Section III 60 boxes of supply deficit in relation to the demand for parking. It is recommended to create spaces to meet the demand of vehicles.
