Presupuesto por resultados y los proyectos sociales de la municipalidad distrital de San Sebastián – Cusco ejercicio 2017.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación Presupuesto por Resultados y los Proyectos Sociales de la Municipalidad Distrital de San Sebastián – Cusco ejercicio 2017, tiene como objetivo general determinar el grado de relación entre el Presupuesto por Resultados y los Proyectos Sociales en dicha municipalidad, abordando teorías relacionadas al Presupuesto por Resultados y los Proyectos Sociales. El enfoque de la investigación es cuantitativo, el alcance descriptivo-correlacional y el diseño no experimental-transversal. La población estuvo conformada por 75 000 habitantes y la muestra por 382 pobladores del Distrito de San Sebastián para medir la relación de ambas variables, se aplicó una encuesta a la población del Distrito de San Sebastián, tomando en cuenta el tamaño de la muestra. Y una guía de entrevista a los trabajadores del área objeto de investigación, obteniendo los siguientes resultados: Las técnicas que se utilizaron fueron la observación y la encuesta con sus instrumentos ficha de observación, equipo de video e imágenes y la cédula de preguntas o cuestionario respectivamente, los resultados fueron procesados mediante el uso del software estadístico Excel y el SPSS V. 20 y la prueba Chi Cuadrado. La conclusión general a la cual se llegó fue la siguiente: Al 95% de confiabilidad, según la prueba Chi Cuadrado afirmamos que la Asignación Presupuestal Aplicada al Presupuesto por Resultados influye en los Proyectos Sociales de la Municipalidad Distrital de San Sebastián – Cusco, p = 0.047 < 0.05; así mismo el grado de relación es positiva al 42.3% entre las variables, es decir a Mayor Asignación Presupuestal se podrá generar Mayor y Mejores Proyectos Sociales.
