Factores que influyen en las infecciones de transmisión sexual en trabajadoras sexuales que acuden al procetss del Hospital de Quillabamba, La Convención – Cusco 2017.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación titulado. “FACTORES QUE INFLUYEN EN LAS INFECCIONES DE TRANSMISIÓN SEXUAL EN TRABAJADORAS SEXUALES QUE ACUDEN AL PROCETSS DEL HOSPITAL DE QUILLABAMBA, LA CONVENCIÓN – CUSCO 2017”, cuyo objetivo general fue Determinar los factores que influyen en las infecciones de transmisión sexual en trabajadoras sexuales que acuden al PROCETSS del Hospital Quillabamba, la Convención- Cusco 2017.siendo la metodología del estudio descriptivo, transversal, retrospectivo, con una muestra de 50 trabajadoras sexuales. Estudio en el que encontramos que casi la mitad (42.0%) de las trabajadoras sexuales tienen edades entre 25 a 34 años, en cuanto al tiempo de permanencia en el trabajo sexual más de la mitad (54.0%) vienen trabajando menos de 5 años, respecto a los antecedentes de transmisión sexual un(25.4%)tuvieron con mayor frecuencia Vaginosis bacteriana y Cervicitis, sobre los factores que influyen en las infecciones de transmisión sexual encontramos que casi la mitad (46.0%) ;el tiempo de inicio en el trabajo fue menor de 15 años, en el control médico periódico el (52.0%) se controla 1 vez al mes; en el comportamiento de riesgo casi la mitad (48.0%) consumen drogas alucinógenas durante el acto sexual;al grado de instrucción el (40.0%) , más de la mitad (66.0%) más de 4-6 clientes sexuales, respecto al uso de preservativos el (56.0%) a veces utilizan preservativos y más de la mitad (52.0%) tienen un ingreso económico de 700 a más soles. En la prueba estadística Chi cuadrado indica que, si existe relación significativa entre inicio en el trabajo sexual y su influencia en las infecciones de transmisión sexual con un (p=0.245); el control médico periódico (p=0.337); la mayoría consumen drogas alucinógenas (p=0.324); al número de clientes atendidos en una jornada (p=0.702); en el uso de preservativo a veces usan (p=0.828); en el ingreso económico semanal en soles (p=0.589).

In the Chi square statistical test it indicates that, if there is a significant relationship between initiation in sex work and its influence on sexually transmitted infections with a (p = 0.245); periodic medical control (p = 0.337); the majority consume hallucinogenic drugs (p = 0.324), the number of clients attended in one day (p = 0.702); in the use of condoms they sometimes use (p =0.828); in the weekly economic income in soles (p = 0.589).
