RESUMEN 
 El presente trabajo de investigación está basada en el cumplimiento de la Ley 
N° 29783: Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, el D.S. 005 – 2012 TR: 
Reglamento de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, la Norma G–050: Seguridad 
durante la Construcción y en el Sistema Internacional de Gestión de Seguridad 
y Salud Ocupacional, OHSAS 18001. 
 
Respecto al cumplimiento de las normativas legales vigentes ya mencionadas, 
se ha realizado en este trabajo de investigación un Plan de Seguridad y Salud 
Ocupacional para un análisis y evaluación de los riesgos existentes en las 
actividades del Proyecto “Servicio  de Gestión, Mejoramiento y Conservación 
Vial por niveles de servicio del Corredor Víal EMP. PE-3S (Dv. Abancay) 
Chuquibambilla – Dv Chalhuahuacho – Santo Tomás – Velille – Yauri – Hector 
Tejada – Emp. 3S (Ayaviri), el cual se determinó las medidas preventivas 
establecidas de las Normas de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional.  
  
El Diseño de un Plan de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional, tiene impactos 
importantes en el Transporte de Materiales en el Mantenimiento de Vías, tanto 
en el aspecto económico, como bienestar y salud de los trabajadores, lo cual 
permitirá controlar nos niveles de riegos que pueda existir en una actividad de 
trabajo, elaborando la Matriz IPERC, Capacitaciones según la actividad de 
Trabajo, Procedimientos de Trabajo, Formatos de Seguridad, Registros de 
Seguridad, Plan de Contingencia ante Emergencias, sobre todo las constantes 
inspecciones y verificaciones en las actividades de trabajo y hacer cumplir con 
lo ya mencionado anteriormente, para no tener algún tipo de incidente o 
accidente durante el trabajo diario.

ABSTRACT 
 
This research work is based on compliance with Law No. 29783: Occupational 
Safety and Health Act, D.S. 005 - 2012 TR: Occupational Safety and Health 
Regulations, Standard G-050: Safety during Construction and in the 
International Occupational Health and Safety Management System, OHSAS 
18001.  
  
Regarding the compliance with the aforementioned legal regulations, an 
Occupational Health and Safety Plan has been carried out in this research to 
analyze and evaluate the existing risks in the activities of the Project “Servicio 
de Gestión, Mejoramiento y Conservación Vial por niveles de servicio del 
Corredor Víal EMP. PE-3S (Dv. Abancay) Chuquibambilla – Dv Chalhuahuacho 
– Santo Tomás – Velille – Yauri – Hector Tejada – Emp. 3S (Ayaviri), which 
determined the preventive measures established in the Occupational Health 
and Safety Standards.  
  
The design of an Occupational Health and Safety Plan has important impacts 
on the transportation of materials in the maintenance of roads, both in the 
economic aspect, as well as the well-being and health of the workers, which will 
allow controlling the levels of risks that may exist In a work activity, elaborating 
the IPERC Matrix, Training according to the activity of Work, Work Procedures, 
Formats of Security, Records of Security, Plan of Contingency to Emergencies, 
especially the constant inspections and verifications in the activities of work and 
to do Comply with the aforementioned, so as not to have any type of incident or 
accident during the daily work.
