RESUMEN 
 El   objetivo  fundamental   de   la   presente   investigación,   está   dirigido   a 
determinar   la importancia   que tiene la Inteligencia Emocional para el buen 
funcionamiento de las empresas. La importancia y justificación desde el punto 
de vista del trabajo de investigación, representa el  hecho que para que se  
produzca un  cambio en  los  procesos organizacionales,   es   necesario   que   
inicialmente   se   origine   un   proceso   de  aprendizaje organizacional y 
emocional, a través del  uso   de  la inteligencia emocional, la cual ha 
demostrado ser un elemento clave para el buen funcionamiento tanto de las 
organizaciones como para la vida del ser humano en general.  
  
Como conclusión este estudio permitirá obtener una visión actual de cómo, a 
través de la inteligencia emocional, se pueden solucionar muchos 
inconvenientes que usualmente pueden  llegar a afectar a los empleados 
dentro de las organizaciones, y subsanar estos inconvenientes para así poder 
crear un ambiente óptimo que repercutirá en el aumento de los estándares 
operacionales de la empresa como de los empleados.

ABSTRACT 
 The main objective of this research is to determine the importance of Emotional 
Intelligence for the good functioning of companies. The importance and 
justification from the point of view of research work, represents the fact that for 
a change in organizational processes, it is necessary that initially an 
organizational and emotional learning process, through the use of intelligence 
Emotional, which has proven to be a key element for the good functioning of 
both organizations and the life of the human being in general. 
 
 In conclusion, this study will allow us to obtain a current vision of how, through 
emotional intelligence, many inconveniences that can usually affect employees 
within organizations can be solved and overcome these disadvantages in order 
to create an optimum environment that will impact on the increases of the 
operational standards of the company as of the employees.
