Resumen 
La presente investigación intitulada “Planeamiento financiero y las cuentas por pagar de la 
empresa Servicentro Petro Mapi E.I.R.L. Provincia de Manu, Madre De Dios - Periodo 
2018” el cual tuvo como objetivo principal describir la situación del planeamiento financiero 
y las cuentas por pagar de la empresa Servicentro Petro Mapi E.I.R.L, Provincia de Manu, 
Madre De Dios - período 2018. En cuanto a la metodología de la investigación fue de nivel 
básico; enfoque, cuantitativo; diseño, no experimental; alcance, descriptivo. La población a 
utilizar fueron documentos financieros (Estado de situación financiera; Estado de resultados, 
Flujo de efectivo); No se aplicó una técnica muestral por tanto fue no probabilística. La 
recolección de datos fue dada mediante hojas de trabajo. Finalmente se concluye que la 
situación del planeamiento financiero fue favorable para la empresa Servicentro Petro Mapi 
E.I.R.L. porque gracias a ello se pudo determinar la viabilidad del proyecto de inversión en 
cuyo análisis las herramientas financieras aplicadas en el plan de inversión (VAN, TIR, 
TMAR, PRI, C/B) fueron favorables. Así mismo, la evaluación del plan de financiamiento 
mediante las herramientas de análisis comparativo de Estados Financieros y ratios 
financieros (Endeudamiento, rentabilidad y liquidez) fueron favorables. No obstante, el 
único ratio poco favorable fue, fue la ratio de rentabilidad analizados mediante el ROA y 
ROE, el cual se determina que la empresa tiene problemas de financiamiento interno debido 
a su poca rentabilidad. En cuanto a las cuentas por pagar se determinó que existió un nivel 
de cuentas por pagar de corto plazo a un importe total por S/ 463,199.43 y su nivel de cuentas 
por pagar de largo plazo por S/ 651,395.08.

Abstract 
The present investigation entitled “Financial planning and accounts payable of the company 
Servicentro Petro Mapi E.I.R.L. Province of Manu, Madre De Dios - Period 2018 ”which 
had as main objective to describe the situation of financial planning and accounts payable of 
the company Servicentro Petro Mapi EIRL, Province of Manu, Madre De Dios - period 2018. 
Regarding the research methodology was of a basic level; focus, quantitative; design, not 
experimental; scope, descriptive. The population to be used were financial documents 
(Statement of financial position; Statement of income, Cash flow); A sampling technique 
was not applied, therefore it was non-probabilistic. Data collection was given through 
worksheets. Finally, it is concluded that the financial planning situation was favorable for 
the company Servicentro Petro Mapi E.I.R.L. Because thanks to this it was possible to 
determine the viability of the investment project in whose analysis the financial tools applied 
in the investment plan (VAN, TIR, TMAR, PRI, C / B) were favorable. Likewise, the 
evaluation of the financing plan through the tools of comparative analysis of Financial 
Statements and financial ratios (Indebtedness, profitability and liquidity) were favorable. 
However, the only unfavorable ratio was the profitability ratio analyzed through ROA and 
ROE, which determines that the company has internal financing problems due to its low 
profitability. Regarding accounts payable, it was determined that there was a level of short-
term accounts payable at a total amount of S / 463,199.43 and a level of long-term accounts 
payable for S / 651,395.08.
