RESUMEN 
 
 
 
La presente tesis se presenta para adoptar el grado de Ingeniero Civil en la 
Universidad Andina del Cusco. Esta tesis se encuentra basada en la 
rama de ingeniería de transportes en las principales intersecciones del 
Distrito de Wanchaq la cual se conecta directamente con el centro histórico 
de nuestra ciudad. 
 
En los últimos años viene aumentando el crecimiento vehicular y 
muchas veces la infraestructura vial no es suficiente lo cual origina 
congestionamiento y malestar en las personas que circulan por la zona 
estudiada, motivo por el cual se desarrolló la investigación, con lo cual se 
permitiría optimizar y mejorar los flujos vehiculares así como proponer 
una mejor manera de libre tránsito con miras a que el parque automotor

Summary 
 
This thesis is presented to adopt the degree in Civil Engineering from the 
Universidad Andina Cusco. This thesis is based on the branch of 
transportation engineering at major intersections Wanchaq District which 
connects directly to the heart of our city. 
 
In recent years there has been increasing vehicular growth and often the 
road infrastructure is not enough which causes congestion and discomfort in 
people driving in a study area, why research with which it is possible to 
optimize developed and improve traffic flows and propose a better way to 
free transit with a view to the fleet will continue to grow.
