RESUMEN 
El trabajo de investigación tiene por objetivo establecer los factores determinantes en el 
incremento de procesos judiciales de violencia familiar en el segundo juzgado de familia de 
Tambopata, año 2021. El enfoque de investigación es mixto, es decir cuantitativo y 
cualitativo y el diseño de la investigación es no experimental ya que no se manipulará 
ninguna variable y solamente se analizó expedientes judiciales relacionados a la 
problemática planteada, ligada con el estudio de casos y documentos que coadyuven en la 
verificación y solución problemática. 
La población estaba compuesta por 2,190 expedientes judiciales ingresados en el año 2021 
al segundo juzgado de familia especializado en Violencia Familiar de Tambopata y la 
muestra fue determinado de manera no probabilística intencional, dado que se ha elegido por 
conveniencia del investigador, es decir está conformado por 221 expedientes judiciales de 
violencia familiar. Se utilizó la técnica de análisis documental y como instrumento una ficha 
de recolección de datos. 
Los factores de violencia familiar más determinantes son el factor cultural y social, estas son 
los que más han ocasionado el incremento de la violencia familiar en todas sus modalidades. 
Respecto a los factores de violencia psicológica el 51.81% han sido ocasionados por factores 
culturales, el 32.53% han sido ocasionados por factores sociales, el 12.05% por factores 
económicos y solamente el 3.61% han sido ocasionados por factores jurídicos. Respecto a 
los factores de violencia física el 57.14% han sido ocasionados por factores sociales, el 
28.57% han sido ocasionados por factores culturales, el 14.29% por factores económicos y 
ninguno ha sido ocasionado por factores jurídicos. Respecto a los factores de violencia física 
y psicológica el 43.75% han sido ocasionados por factores sociales, el 42.86% han sido 
ocasionados por factores culturales, el 8.93% han sido ocasionados por factores económicos 
y solamente el 4.46% ha sido ocasionado por factores jurídicos.

ABSTRACT 
The objective of the research work is to establish the determining factors in the increase in 
judicial processes of family violence in the second family court of Tambopata, year 2021. 
The research approach is mixed, that is, quantitative and qualitative, and the research design

the problem raised were analyzed, linked to the study of cases and documents that contribute 
to the verification and solution. 
The population was made up of 2,190 judicial files entered in the year 2021 at the second

probabilistic way, since it has been chosen for the convenience of the researcher, that is, it 
is made up of 221 judicial files of domestic violence. The documentary analysis technique 
was used and a data collection form was used as an instrument. 
The most determining factors of family violence are the cultural and social factor; these are 
the ones that have caused the increase in family violence in all its forms. Regarding the 
factors of psychological violence, 51.81% have been caused by cultural factors, 32.53% have 
been caused by social factors, 12.05% by economic factors and only 3.61% have been caused 
by legal factors. Regarding the factors of physical violence, 57.14% have been caused by 
social factors, 28.57% have been caused by cultural factors, 14.29% by economic factors 
and none have been caused by legal factors. Regarding the factors of physical and
