RESUMEN 
La presente investigación denominada “proceso de liquidación técnico- 
financiera de la obra Mejoramiento del Cerco Perimétrico y Áreas Recreativas de 
la Institución Educativa Inicial N° 468, Distrito de San Sebastián, cusco, 
ejecutados por la modalidad de administración directa en la Municipalidad Distrital 
de San Sebastián, periodo 2012”, tiene como objeto determinar las deficiencias 
que presenta el proceso de liquidación técnico- financiera de la obra 
“Mejoramiento del Centro Perimétrico y Áreas Recreativas de la Institución 
Educativa Inicial N° 468”. 
 
Para este efecto se ha desarrollado una investigación de enfoque cuantitativo, 
puesto que se usa la recolección de datos para probar las hipótesis. 
 
Las deficiencias que presenta el proceso de liquidación técnico-financiera de la 
obra “Mejoramiento del Cerco Perimétrico y Áreas Recreativas de la Institución 
Educativa Inicial N° 468, distrito de San Sebastián – Cusco – 
Cusco”ejecutado por la modalidad de administración directa en la Municipalidad 
Distrital de San Sebastián, periodo 2012, se presentan en la información 
contenida en el expediente técnico tanto como en la información de la liquidación 
financiera. 
Para resarcir estas deficiencias se recomienda mayor control en cuanto al 
cumplimiento de las normas que regulan la correcta liquidación de obras 
publicas ejecutado por la modalidad de administración directa en la 
Municipalidad Distrital de San Sebastián.

ABSTRACT 
 
 
 
The present investigation called "process of technical and  financial settlement of 
the work Improvement Perimeter Fence and Recreational Areas of Initial 
Educational Institution No. 468, District of San Sebastián, Cusco, executed by 
the mode of direct administration in the District Municipality of San Sebastian 
period 2012, aims to identify the deficiencies in the process of technical and 
financial settlement of the play "Improving the Perimeter Center and Recreational 
Areas of Initial Educational Institution No. 468". 
 
 
To this end it has developed a quantitative research approach, since data 
collection is used to test the hypotheses. 
 
 
The deficiencies in the process of technical and financial settlement of the play 
"Improvement Perimeter Fence and Recreational Areas of Initial Educational 
Institution No. 468, District San Sebastián - Cusco - Cusco" mode executed 
by direct administration into the Municipality District of San Sebastián, period 
2012, are presented in the information contained in the technical file as well as 
on information from the financial settlement. 
 
 
To redress these deficiencies more control as to compliance with the rules 
governing the correct assessment of public works executed by the method of 
direct administration in the District Municipality of San Sebastián is
