RESUMEN 
 
El presente informe contiene un resumen y análisis del proceso tramitado en el expediente 
N°02442-2013-0-1001-JR-CI-01, seguido por la persona natural de iniciales G.C.L. contra 
las personas naturales de iniciales M.A.M.A, J.I.M.A, M.G.M.A, R.W.M.A y M.N.M.E 
sobre petición de herencia y acumulativamente declaración de herederos. La demanda, en 
esencia, se sustenta en que, a pesar de que se hizo un proceso de sucesión intestada, el 
cónyuge de la demandante no fue incluido en éste y considerando que éste ha fallecido le 
corresponde a la recurrente tanto como a sus hijos el derecho a un porcentaje de la masa 
hereditaria que le pertenecería a su esposo por ser hijo de la causante. En el presente informe 
se hará un recuento, doctrinario y jurisprudencial, sobre el libro de sucesiones, asimismo se 
realiza una valoración crítica de la actuación de las partes y la actividad jurisdiccional.

ABSTRACT 
 
This report is a summary and analysis of the process processed in file No. 02442-2013-0-
1001-JR-CI-01, followed by the natural person with initials G.C.L. against natural persons 
with initials M.A.M.A, J.I.M.A, M.G.M.A, R.W.M.A and M.N.M.E on request for 
inheritance and cumulatively declaration of heirs. The claim, in essence, is based on the fact 
that, despite the fact that an intestate succession process was carried out, the applicant's 
spouse was not included in this and considering that the latter has died, it corresponds to the 
appellant as well as to her children. right to a percentage of the hereditary mass that would 
belong to her husband for being the deceased's son. In this report, a doctrinal and 
jurisprudential account of the book of successions will be made, as well as a critical 
assessment of the actions of the parties and the jurisdictional activity.

RESUMEN 
 
En el presente informe académico se realizó el resumen, análisis, contenido doctrinario y 
jurisprudencial, acerca del expediente N° 00894-2015-0.1001-JR-PE-05, dentro del cual 
se denotaron los tipos penales de robo agravado y hurto agravado. Esto con la finalidad 
de poner en práctica mis habilidades y conocimientos adquiridos a lo largo de mi 
formación académica.

ABSTRACT 
 
In this academic report, the summary, analysis, doctrinal and jurisprudential content was 
made, regarding file No. 00894-2015-0.1001-JR-PE-05, within which the criminal types 
of aggravated robbery and aggravated theft were denoted. This with the intention of 
putting into practice my skills and knowledge acquired throughout my academic training.
