RESUMEN 
En fecha 27 de enero del 2010, se ingresa el escrito presentado por xxxxx y xxxxxx, que 
contiene la demanda de Prescripción Adquisitiva del inmueble ubicado en la calle Arequipa 
número xxx, interior 7, inscrita en los Registros Públicos del Cusco, como la fracción 5B del 
inmueble descrito conforme a los planos y con pretensión accesoria Inscripción Registral de 
propiedad en el registro respectivo; demanda que la dirige en contra de la SUCESIÓN DEL 
QUE EN VIDA FUE xxxxxxxxx. Y de acuerdo a lo previsto por el artículo 486 del CPC deberá 
tramitarse por los mecanismos del PROCESO DE ABREVIADO. Manifiestan que son una 
sociedad conyugal y vienen poseyendo el inmueble de la referencia por más de 10 años 
ininterrumpidos. Es decir desde el mes de octubre de 1997, ello en mérito a que la obtuvieron 
por contrato verbal de compraventa del que en vida fue xxxx. 
 
 
ABSTRACT 
On January 27, 2010, the brief presented by xxx and xxxx was entered, containing the

interior 7, registered in the Public Registries of Cusco , as section 5B of the property 
described in accordance with the plans and with an accessory claim Registration of

the CPC, it must be processed through the mechanisms of the ABBREVIATED 
PROCESS. They declare that they are a conjugal partnership and have owned the 
reference property for more than 10 uninterrupted years. That is to say, since October 
1997, due to the fact that they obtained it by a verbal contract of sale of the one who

RESUMEN 
En fecha 02 de abril del 2012, se dispone la formalización y continuación de la investigación 
preparatoria, expedida por la segunda fiscalía provincial penal corporativa del Cusco del 
primer despacho de investigación, contra xxx, por la presunta comisión del delito: contra la 
vida, el cuerpo y la salud, en modalidad de lesiones, subtipo lesiones graves, en calidad de 
consumado, sancionado en la última parte del inciso 2) del artículo 
121 del Código Penal, en agravio de xxx. 
 
 
ABSTRACT 
On April 2, 2012, the formalization and continuation of the preparatory investigation, issued by the 
second provincial corporate criminal prosecutor's office of Cusco of the first investigation office, 
against xxx, for the alleged commission of the crime: against life , the body and health, in the form 
of injuries, subtype serious injuries, as consummate, sanctioned in the last part
