Resumen 
El presente trabajo de investigación, tiene como objetivo determinar el costo unitario de los 
productos del programa presupuestal Salud Materno Neonatal del Hospital Alfredo Callo 
Rodríguez de Sicuani y como problema general es conocer ¿Cuánto es el costo de atención 
de los productos de atención directa a la gestante?  De la información obtenida se ha 
realizado el análisis de la ejecución presupuestaria y las metas físicas de cada producto, de 
atención directa a la gestante los que dieron como resultado, que el costo de los productos, 
es el consolidado total de los costos, él que comparado con el número de atenciones de cada 
producto nos permite obtener el costo unitario de atención promedio de cada producto, de 
los periodos 2017 y 2018. Donde el costo de los productos para el año 2017 es S/ 1, 003,028 
Soles y para el año 2018 es S/ 1, 060,158 Soles. Llegando a la conclusión: que el “Costo de 
los productos del programa presupuestal Salud Materno Neonatal del Hospital Alfredo 
Callo Rodríguez Sicuani – Canchis periodo 2017 – 2018”, está conformado por los 
elementos de producción a) costo de remuneración del personal y beneficios sociales; b) 
costo de materiales; c) costo de servicios y d) costo de activos no financieros.  
Las técnicas que se utilizaron en este trabajo de investigación, fueron el análisis de la 
información y la entrevista, con los instrumentos ficha de análisis documental y guía de 
entrevista, los resultados se procesaron mediante el uso del software Excel. 
 El enfoque de la investigación es de tipo cuantitativo y el diseño descriptivo de nivel básico 
no experimental. La Población y la muestra lo constituyen los años presupuestales 2017, 
2018 del programa presupuestal salud materno neonatal. También se observa que la mayor 
parte del presupuesto del programa presupuestal, se designa al elemento costo de 
remuneración del personal y beneficios sociales.

Abstract 
 
The objective of this research work is to determine the unit cost of the products of the 
budgetary program Maternal and Neonatal Health of the Alfredo Callo Rodríguez Hospital 
of Sicuani and as a general problem it is to know how much is the cost of attention of the 
products of direct attention to the pregnant woman? From the information obtained, the 
analysis of the budgetary execution and the physical goals of each product has been carried 
out, of direct attention to the pregnant women, which resulted in the cost of the products 
being the total consolidated costs, which Compared to the number of attentions of each 
product, it allows us to obtain the average unit cost of care for each product, from the 2017 
and 2018 periods. Coming to the conclusión: that the “Cost of the products of the budget 
program Maternal and Neonatal Health of the Alfredo Hospital Callo Rodríguez Sicuani - 
Canchis period 2017 - 2018”, is made up of the elements of production a) personnel 
compensation cost and social benefits; b) cost of materials; c) cost of services and d) cost of 
non-financial assets. 
The techniques that were used in this research work, were the analysis of the information 
and the interview, with the instruments document analysis and interview guide, the results 
were processed through the use of Excel software. 
 The research approach is quantitative and the descriptive design of a non-experimental basic 
level. The Population and the sample are the 2017, 2018 budget years of the neonatal 
maternal health budget program. It is also noted that most of the budget of the budget 
program is designated as the cost of personnel compensation and social benefits.
