Resumen 
En la presente investigación titulada “LA EXPORTACIÓN DE SERVICIOS 
TURÍSTICOS Y LA CONTABILIDAD DE GESTIÓN EN LA AGENCIA DE VIAJES 
CUSCO INKA TRAVEL SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA CERRADA CUSCO – PERIODO 
2018” se formuló el siguiente problema general: ¿En qué consiste la Exportación de 
Servicios Turísticos y la Contabilidad de Gestión en la agencia de viajes Cusco Inka Travel 
Sociedad Anónima Cerrada, Cusco - periodo 2018?; el objetivo general es: Describir la 
Exportación de Servicios Turísticos y la Contabilidad de Gestión en la agencia de viajes 
Cusco Inka Travel Sociedad Anónima Cerrada, Cusco - periodo 2018. La metodología 
empleada es de tipo básico, enfoque cuantitativo y de diseño no experimental transaccional, 
la investigación se realiza conforme a sus propósitos y se centra en los niveles descriptivos. 
La población y la muestra estuvo constituida por el gerente, contador y personal de trabajo 
de la agencia de viajes Cusco Inka Travel Sociedad Anónima Cerrada; las técnicas de 
recolección de datos fueron, el análisis documental y la encuesta. 
Los resultados obtenidos permitieron concluir que, las operaciones de Exportación 
de Servicios Turísticos en la agencia de viajes Cusco Inka Travel Sociedad Anónima 
Cerrada, están siendo ejecutadas bajo la normativa exigible, sin embargo, no se realiza la 
compensación y no se tramita la devolución del saldo a favor, este hecho afecta la utilidad 
al final del ejercicio económico. En tanto la Contabilidad de Gestión, no realiza ninguna 
injerencia con relación a la Exportación de Servicios Turísticos, no obstante se observa que 
la planificación y control no están siendo eficientes, y que la toma de decisiones no se realiza 
de acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos al cierre del ejercicio, lo que afecta al desarrollo y 
correcta operación administrativa de la empresa.

Abstract 
In the present investigation entitled “THE EXPORT OF TOURIST SERVICES AND 
MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING IN THE TRAVEL AGENCY CUSCO INKA TRAVEL 
SOCIEDAD CÓNADA CUSADA CUSCO - PERIOD 2018”, the following general 
problem was formulated: What is the Export of Tourist Services and the Management 
Accounting in the travel agency Cusco Inka Travel Sociedad Anónima Cerrada, Cusco - 
period 2018 ?; The general objective is: Describe the Export of Tourist Services and 
Management Accounting in the travel agency Cusco Inka Travel Limited Company, Cusco 
- period 2018. The methodology used is of the basic type, quantitative approach and non-
experimental transactional design, The research is carried out according to its purposes and 
focuses on the descriptive levels. The population and the sample consisted of the manager, 
accountant and work staff of the travel agency Cusco Inka Travel Sociedad Anónima 
Cerrada; the techniques of data collection were, the documentary analysis and the survey. 
The results obtained allowed us to conclude that, the Tourist Services Export 
operations in the travel agency Cusco Inka Travel Sociedad Anónima Cerrada, are being 
executed under the required regulations, however, the compensation is not made and the 
refund of the balance is not processed In favor, this fact affects profit at the end of the fiscal 
year. While Management Accounting does not make any interference in relation to the 
Export of Tourist Services, however, it is observed that planning and control are not being 
efficient, and that decision-making is not carried out according to the results obtained at 
year-end closing, which affects the development and proper administrative operation of the 
company.
