Resumen 
La presente investigación analizó la Remuneración Mínima Vital y su relación con el 
nivel de desempleo de la región del Cusco, durante el período 2006 – 2016, cuyo objetivo 
general fue  determinar la relación que existe entre la Remuneración Mínima Vital y el 
nivel de desempleo en la región del Cusco y cuyos objetivos específicos fueron: 
determinar la variación de la remuneración mínimo vital de la región del Cusco en el 
período 2006 – 2016 y analizar la evolución del nivel de desempleo en la región del Cusco 
en el período 2006– 2016.  
El trabajo realizado fue de tipo básico, enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental y 
alcance descriptivo y correlacional, con una población y muestra contemplada en las 
cifras de los 10 años de análisis (2006 – 2016) para lo cual se tuvo como recurso la 
captación de informacion de fuentes secundarias, para su posterior análisis, como 
resultado que: existe una relación directa positiva débil (0.311) entre la Remuneración 
Mínima Vital y el Nivel de Desempleo en la región del Cusco, período 2006-2016, existe 
una relación directa positiva perfecta (1.000) entre  la Remuneración Mínima Vital y el 
aumento del nivel general de sueldos y salarios en la región del Cusco, período 2006 – 
2016 y finalmente, existe una relación directa positiva moderada (0.644) entre la 
evolución del desempleo y  la informalidad

Abstract 
The present investigation analyzed the Minimum Vital Remuneration and its relationship 
with the level of unemployment of the Cusco region, during the period 2006 - 2016, 
whose general objective was to determine the relationship between the Minimum Vital 
Remuneration and the level of unemployment in the Cusco region and whose specific 
objectives were: to determine the variation of the minimum vital remuneration of the 
Cusco region in the period 2006 - 2016 and analyze the evolution of the level of 
unemployment in the region of Cusco in the period 2006– 2016. 
The work carried out was of the basic type, quantitative approach, non-experimental 
design and descriptive and correlational scope, with a population and sample 
contemplated in the figures of the 10 years of analysis (2006 - 2016) for which the 
collection of Information from secondary sources, for subsequent analysis, as a result 
that: there is a weak positive direct relationship (0.311) between the Minimum Vital 
Remuneration and the Unemployment Level in the Cusco region, period 2006-2016, there 
is a perfect positive direct relationship (1,000) between the Minimum Vital Remuneration 
and the increase in the general level of wages and salaries in the Cusco region, period 
2006 - 2016 and finally, there is a moderate positive direct relationship (0.644) between 
the evolution of unemployment and informality
