RESUMEN 
En el presente informe académico realizaré el estudio, investigación y análisis sobre 
Tercería; el cual tiene por finalidad poner en práctica los conocimientos y habilidades 
obtenidos durante mi formación profesional. Consta de v capítulos: capítulo i, resumen 
del caso; capítulo ii, análisis del caso; capítulo iii, marco teórico; capítulo iv, 
jurisprudencia; finalmente, capítulo v conclusiones.

RESUMEN 
En el presente informe académico realizaré el estudio, investigación y análisis sobre el 
tipo penal de Delito Contra el Patrimonio en la modalidad de Robo subtipo Robo 
Agravado en grado de tentativa; el cual tiene por finalidad poner en práctica los 
conocimientos y habilidades obtenidos durante mi formación profesional. Consta de V 
capítulos: capítulo I, resumen del caso; capítulo II, análisis del caso; capítulo III, marco 
teórico; capítulo IV, jurisprudencia; capítulo V conclusiones y capitulo VI anexo digital.
