MUJER HACIA   EL VARÓN EN EL DISTRITO DE SANTA ANA, PROVINCIA 
DE LA CONVENCIÓN, CUSCO, 2018-2019

RESUMEN 
La presente investigación tuvo   por objetivo general: “Determinar cuáles son las causas que 
generan la violencia física y psicológica de la mujer hacia el varón   en   el distrito de Santa Ana, 
provincia de La Convención, 2018-2019”,   los objetivos específicos están referidos a la  
identificación de las causas por las cuales    los varones   no denuncian la violencia  ocasionada 
por   las mujeres y al análisis de la afectación de la violencia familiar    ejercida por la mujer 
respecto del varón, ello teniendo en cuenta que es un problema socio jurídico que amerita el interés  
del estado y la sociedad  en busca de una adecuada solución. 
Se postuló como hipótesis general que: “Las causas que generan la violencia física y psicológica 
de la mujer hacia el   varón en el distrito de Santa Ana, provincia de La Convención probablemente 
son: Banalización social de la violencia contra el varón y la falta de apoyo jurídico y recursos para 
el hombre maltratado” 
Dentro del marco teórico   se   analizó   teoría pertinente   que fundamenta    el trabajo de 
investigación. La investigación fue cualitativa   documental de alcance jurídico explicativo. La 
discusión de los resultados se realizó a través de la argumentación jurídica. Las hipótesis fueron 
validadas, y las principales conclusiones arribadas fueron: Las causas que generan la violencia 
física y psicológica de la mujer hacia el   varón en el distrito de santa Ana, Provincia de La 
Convención, son la falta de educación para tolerar y controlar los impulsos, banalización social de 
la violencia contra el varón y falta de apoyo jurídico y recursos para el hombre maltratado. Las 
causas   por las cuales   los varones   no denuncian la violencia física y psicológica ocasionada por   
las mujeres son la vergüenza de reconocerse víctima en una sociedad estereotipada y la falta de 
conocimiento de los alcances de la ley N° 30364, y la violencia física y psicológica ejercida por la 
mujer contra el varón   afecta su   dignidad y su bienestar general adoptando una conducta sumisa 
por vergüenza al escarnio público. La recomendación fundamental está referida a la realización de 
talleres en el distrito de Santa, Provincia de La Convención en los que se informe   a los varones y 
mujeres acerca de la Ley de Protección para Prevenir, Sancionar y Erradicar la Violencia contra 
las Mujeres y los Integrantes del Grupo Familiar, poniendo énfasis en que los alcances de la ley 
no solo comprenden a las mujeres.

ABSTRACT 
The present research had as a general objective: "To determine what causes the physical and 
psychological violence of women against men in the district of Santa Ana, La Convención, 2018-
2019", the specific objectives are referred to the identification of causes why men do not report 
the violence caused by women and the analysis of the impact of family violence exercised by 
women with respect to men, taking into account that it is a socio-legal problem that merits the 
interest of the state and society in search of an adequate solution. 
It was postulated as a general hypothesis that: "The causes that generate physical and 
psychological violence of women against men in the district of Santa Ana, La Convención 
Province are probably: Social trivialization of the violence against men and the lack of legal 
support and resources for abused men " 
Within the theoretical framework, the pertinent theory underlying the research work was 
analyzed. The research was documentary qualitative of explanatory legal scope. The discussion 
of the results was made through legal argumentation. The hypotheses were validated, and the 
main conclusions arrived at were: The causes that generate the physical and psychological 
violence of women against men in the district of Santa Ana, Province of La Convención, are the 
lack of education to tolerate and control impulses , social trivialization of violence against men 
and lack of legal support and resources for abused men. The causes why men do not report the 
physical and psychological violence caused by women are the shame of recognizing themselves 
as victims in a stereotyped society and the lack of knowledge of the scope of Law No. 30364, 
and the physical and psychological violence exercised for women against men it affects their 
dignity and their general well-being by adopting a submissive behavior out of shame to public 
derision. The fundamental recommendation refers to the holding of workshops in the district of 
Santa, Province of La Convencion, in which men and women are informed about the Protection 
Law to Prevent, Punish and Eradicate Violence against Women and Members. of the Family 
Group, emphasizing that the scope of the law does not only include women.
