ABSTRACT 
 
The present case under analysis has as its first postulatory procedural act the lawsuit 
filed from pages No. 36 to pages No. 42 on April 16, 2013, in the process of knowledge 
before the Specialized Judge in Civil matters of the judicial district of Cusco, through 
which, the plaintiff Jorge Rodriguez Valdez, making effective the right of action and the 
protection of Art. VI of the T.P. of the C.C, by which he requests the nullity of notarial act 
of intestate succession, cancellation of electronic game N° 11125527 and cumulatively 
payment for indemnification of damages for extracontractual responsibility. According to 
the lawsuit, the plaintiff is directed against Mr. Francisco Armando Bayona Martínez and 
Mr. Néstor Avendaño García, Notary Public of Cusco.

ABSTRACT 
The present case under analysis has as its first postulatory procedural act the 
lawsuit filed on pages No. 29 to pages No. 42 dated September 7, 2012, in the 
ordinary labor proceeding before the Labor Judge of the Cusco judicial district, 
through which the plaintiff Julián Huamani Lima, making effective the right of 
action and the protection of Art. VI of the C.C. P.T. requests Payment of 
Remunerations pursuant to the Permanent Laborer's Charge and Payment of 
Non-Remunerative Concepts pursuant to the Permanent Laborer's Charge. 
According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff is directed against the Provincial Municipality 
of Cusco represented by its owner; Econ. Luís Arturo Flórez García and with a
