2. ABSTRACT 
 
By writing dated June 02, 2016, the plaintiff filed a prescription, which was acquitted by a 
procedural curator; the interposed claim is declared founded by the first instance, said 
sentence was raised to the civil chamber in the degree of consultation, it was approved. 
 
Mediante escrito de fecha 02 de junio del 2016 la demandante interpuso demanda de 
prescripción, la cual fue absuelto mediante Curadora Procesal, la demanda interpuesta es 
declarada fundada en primera instancia, dicha Sentencia fue elevado a la Sala Civil del

2. ABSTRACT 
  
In Writing dated June 17, 2015, the plaintiff filed an action, which was acquitted by letter 
of July 31, 2015, said lawsuit was declared in part, which was appealed by both parties, the 
civil court reform the sentence in the first instance in which they give the reason to the 
plaintiff, by means of a written document dated September 8, the application filed the 
cassation appeal that was declared impassive. 
 
 
Mediante escrito de fecha  17 de  junio del  2015 la demandante interpuso demanda, la cual  
fue absuelta mediante escrito de fecha 31 de Julio del  2015, dicha demanda fue declarada 
fundada en parte, que fue apelada por ambas partes, la Sala Civil reforma la Sentencia de 
Primera Instancia, en la cual da la razón a la demandante, mediante escrito de fecha 08 de 
setiembre la demanda interpuso recurso de casación que fue declarada improcedente.
