Resumen 
 
El presente informe académico realizaré el estudio, investigación y análisis sobre los 
tipos de penal de hurto agravado en grado de tentativa, violencia y resistencia a la 
autoridad; el cual tiene por finalidad poner en práctica los conocimientos y habilidades 
obtenidos durante mi formación profesional. Consta de v capítulos: capítulo i, resumen 
del caso; capítulo ii, análisis del caso; capítulo iii, marco teórico; capítulo iv, 
jurisprudencia; finalmente, capítulo v conclusiones.

Abstract 
 
In the present academic report I will carry out the study, investigation and analysis on 
aggravated theft in attempt, violence and resistance to authority; which aims to put into 
practice the knowledge and skills obtained during my professional training. It consists 
of v chapters: chapter i, summary of the case; chapter ii, case analysis; chapter iii, 
theoretical framework; chapter iv, jurisprudence; finally, chapter v conclusions.
