RESUMEN 
El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo principal determinar y analizar  cuáles 
son los factores que generan la informalidad laboral en la industria panadera en el distrito de 
Oropesa, de la provincia de Quispicanchi , Cusco – 2017, así mismo se pretende determinar y 
analizar  la existencia de informalidad laboral a partir de la actual normativa laboral y de la 
ineficacia e incumplimiento de funciones por parte de la autoridad administrativa del trabajo es 
decir de la Superintendencia Nacional de Fiscalización Laboral  y de la Dirección Regional de 
Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo Cusco, la metodología empleada corresponde a un enfoque de 
investigación Cualitativa, documental y de campo, cualitativa debido a que utiliza datos sin 
medición numérica, se concentrará en una situación, hecho, evento o fenómeno jurídico en 
particular, que está referido a los factores que generan la informalidad laboral,  se efectúa en un 
tiempo y lugar determinado.

ABSTRACT 
The main objective of this research work is to determine and analyze the factors that generate labor 
informality in the bakery industry in the district of Oropesa, in the province of Quispicanchi, Cusco 
- 2017, as well as to determine and analyze the existence of labor informality based on current 
labor regulations and the ineffectiveness and non-compliance of functions by the labor 
administrative authority, that is, the National Superintendency of Labor Inspection and the 
Regional Directorate of Labor and Employment Promotion Cusco, the methodology Employed 
corresponds to a Qualitative, documentary and field research approach, qualitative because it uses 
data without numerical measurement, it will focus on a particular situation, event, event or legal 
phenomenon, which is referred to the factors that generate informality at work , it takes place at a 
certain time and place.
