RESUMEN 
 
La tesis intitulada: “Percepción del profesional de Enfermería del primer nivel de atención 
de la Red Sur, sobre la implementación del consultorio de Enfermería en la ciudad del 
Cusco-2018”. 
Tuvo como objetivo, determinar la percepción del profesional de Enfermería del primer 
nivel de atención de la Red Sur, sobre la implementación del consultorio de Enfermería 
en la ciudad del Cusco -2018.  
Se utilizó la metodología de diseño cualitativo de tipo descriptivo, explorativo y 
transversal, a través de la recolección de datos mediante la entrevista a profundidad 
realizada a los profesionales de Enfermería que trabajan en el primer nivel de atención de 
la Red Sur, teniendo los resultados basados en tres dimensiones que son: 
En la percepción sobre la implementación de los consultorios de Enfermería en la 
dimensión de utilidad en los profesionales de Enfermería, refieren que realmente es 
factible la apertura del consultorio ya que no sería solo por el desarrollo de la profesión 
sino que contribuirá en la atención de las personas según sea la necesidad que lo 
requiera, ya sea en la promoción de la salud y la prevención de la enfermedad; En la 
dimensión de dificultad para la profesión los encuestados refieren tener información 
limitada para la adecuada apertura y considerándose como una barrera para llevar a 
cabo la viabilidad del consultorio de Enfermería, al igual que la poca información que 
tiene la sociedad frente al tema, en la dimensión de la satisfacción en la profesión, 
coinciden en que llevará a la superación de cada profesional ya sea en lo económico y 
social.

ABSTRACT 
 
The thesis entitled: "Perception of the Nursing professional of the first level of attention of 
the South Network, on the implementation of the Nursing office in the city of Cusco-2018". 
Its objective was to determine the professional perception of Nursing in the first level of 
care of the Southern Network, on the implementation of the Nursing Office in the city of 
Cusco -2018. 
This is the qualitative design methodology of a descriptive, explorative and transversal 
type, through the collection of data through the interview to the editor in three dimensions 
that are: 
In the perception about the implementation of Nursing offices in the dimension of utility in 
Nursing professionals, they say that it is really feasible to open the office since it would not 
only be for the development of the profession but will also contribute to the care of the 
people according to the need that requires it, either in the promotion of health and the 
prevention of the disease; In the dimension of difficulty for the profession, the respondents 
report having limited information for the appropriate opening and considering it as a 
barrier to carry out the viability of the Nursing office, as well as the little information that 
society has on the subject, in the dimension of satisfaction in the profession, agree that it 
will lead to the improvement of each professional, both economically and socially.
