RESUMEN 
 
El presente trabajo de investigación tiene por objetivo determinar el grado de influencia de 
la identificación de riesgos en el Plan de Seguridad y Salud para el transporte de materiales 
peligrosos para la empresa Manu Maquinarias SAC. Metodológicamente es de enfoque 
cuantitativo con diseño no experimental, la muestra ha estado conformada por 30 colaboradores, 
entre las principales conclusiones se evidencian lo siguiente: en cuanto respecta al nivel de 
conocimiento con que cuentan los colaboradores frente a un Plan de  Seguridad y Salud para el 
Transporte de Materiales Peligrosos, se tiene que solo un 20 % conoce que es un Plan Anual de 
Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional; en tanto que un 97 % estaría dispuesto a conocer que es un 
PASSO; el 5 % de trabajadores durante la permanencia en la empresa, alguna vez ha sido 
incapacitado por enfermedades ambulatorias; solo el 37 % de los trabajadores en caso de algún 
accidente sabe qué hacer y a quién comunicar; la gran parte de trabajadores usa zapato, casco, 
uniforme, y guantes de seguridad en su área de trabajo durante su jornada laboral; La mayoría a 
recibido capacitación sobre la importancia de los EPP y los primeros auxilios; el 100 % niega 
haber pasado un examen médico ocupacional, solo el 20 % de colaboradores declaran conocer que 
es un IPER, PET, AST, Charla de 5 minutos, check list. Los riesgos presentes en el transporte de 
materiales peligrosos de la empresa Manu Maquinarias SAC están identificados en la matriz IPER 
estos se identificaron a través de juicio de expertos y colaboradores, basados en reportes 
estadísticos, procedimientos de carga, transporte y descarga de dichos materiales  
El presente Plan de Seguridad y Salud en el transporte de materiales peligrosos de la 
empresa Manu Maquinarias SAC se caracteriza:

- Implementación de la Identificación de Peligros, evaluación de riesgos y 
medidas de control basado en las actividades que realiza esta empresa 
- Desarrollo de procedimientos escritos de trabajo de cada una de las 
actividades como reclutamiento de personal, inducción, manejo defensivo, procedimiento 
de manipulación de sustancias peligrosas, carga, transporte, descarga de Materiales 
peligrosos.  
- Por contar con programas de capacitación, simulacros y entrenamiento anual 
a los colaboradores como: Gestion de la seguridad y salud ocupacional, investigación y 
reporte de accidentes y/o incidentes, manejo defensivo, respuesta ante emergencias, control 
de derrames, salud ocupacional y primeros auxilios entre otros. 
- Por contar con un plan de contingencia para efectos de: evitar daños a la 
vida, salud, patrimonio y medio ambiente, preparación, respuesta inmediata y 
procedimientos ante emergencias.  
- En relación a Salud e higiene Ocupacional el presente Plan contempla la 
creación de esta área para los siguientes fines: Examen pre ocupacional de ingreso, examen 
ocupacional anual, examen ocupacional de retiro para colaboradores operacionales y 
administrativos, así mismo se implementa la identificación de peligros y evaluación de 
riesgos relacionados a la salud ocupacional, también se cuenta con un programa de fatiga y 
somnolencia el cual nos permitirá hacer que nuestros colaboradores descansen las horas 
necesarias y no sean presos de la rutina y estrés 
- Cuenta con presupuesto anual de S/. 26,700 nuevos soles que incluye: 
presupuesto de implementación de Plan de Seguridad y Salud, Difusión, Capacitaciones y 
simulacros.

ABSTRACT 
 
The present research aims to determine the degree of influence of the identification 
of risks in the Safety and Health Plan for the transportation of hazardous materials for the 
company Manu Maquinarias SAC. Methodologically, it is a quantitative approach with 
non-experimental design, the sample has been made up of 30 employees, among the main 
conclusions are the following: as regards the level of knowledge that employees have in 
front of a Safety and Health Plan for the Transportation of Hazardous Materials, we have 
only one 20% know that it is an Annual Occupational Health and Safety Plan; while 97% 
would be willing to know that it is a PASSO; 5% of workers during their stay in the 
company, have ever been incapacitated by ambulatory diseases; only 37% of workers in 
case of an accident know what to do and who to communicate; most workers wear shoes, 
helmets, uniforms, and safety gloves in their work area during their workday; Most have 
received training on the importance of PPE and first aid; 100% deny having passed an 
occupational medical examination, only 20% of employees declare to know that it is an 
IPER, PET, AST, 5 minute talk, check list. The risks present in the transportation of 
hazardous materials of the company Manu Maquinarias SAC are identified in the matrix 
IPER these were identified through expert judgment and collaborators based on statistical 
reports, procedures of loading, transport and discharge of said materials 
 The present Plan of Safety and Health in the transport of dangerous materials of the 
company Manu Maquinarias SAC is characterized:

 -  Implementation of Hazard Identification, risk assessment and control 
measures based on the activities carried out by this company 
-  Development of written work procedures for each of the activities such as 
recruitment of personnel, induction, defensive management, procedure of handling 
dangerous substances, loading, transport, unloading of hazardous materials. 
-  To have training programs, drills and annual training to the collaborators 
such as: Occupational safety and health management, accident and / or incident 
investigation and reporting, defensive management, emergency response, spill control, 
occupational health and safety help among others. 
-  To have a contingency plan to: prevent damage to life, health, heritage and 
environment, preparation, immediate response and emergency procedures 
-  In relation to Occupational Health and Hygiene this Plan contemplates the 
creation of this area for the following purposes: Pre-occupational entrance examination, 
annual occupational examination, occupational retirement examination for operational and 
administrative employees, as well as the identification of hazards and evaluation of risks 
related to occupational health, there is also a program of fatigue and drowsiness that will 
allow us to make our employees rest the necessary hours and not be prisoners of routine 
and stress. 
- It has an annual budget of S /. 26,700 nuevos soles that includes: budget of 
implementation of Plan of Safety and Health, Diffusion, Training and simulacra.
