RESUMEN 
“La imprescriptibilidad de los delitos contra los recursos naturales y medio Ambiente” 
 El presente trabajo de investigación parte de un hecho objetivo que posee matices tanto 
jurídicos como sociales la imprescriptibilidad de los delitos contra el medio ambiente y los 
recursos naturales sustentado por los derechos contemplados en la Constitución de la 
República del Perú a todos sus ciudadanos está el derecho a vivir y gozar de un medio 
ambiente sano, y equilibrado, el Código  Penal tipifica algunas conductas que lesionan el 
medio ambiente en el Titulos XIII delitos Ambientales Capítulo I delitos de contaminación  y 
el Capitulo II delitos contra los recursos naturales donde hasta fecha no es suficiente para 
prevenir más aun controlar y regular los delitos contra los recursos naturales y el medio 
ambiente,  causándole perjuicios al mismo y daños a los seres que viven en él medio e 
indirectamente afectando la sobrevivencia de la humanidad  con respecto a las justificaciones 
se promueve la imprescriptibilidad que busca que el estado pueda perseguir de manera 
indefinida a una persona implicada en un acto delictivos el máximo tiempo para que continúe

ABSTRACT 
 
"The imprescriptibility of crimes against natural resources and the environment" 
 This research work is based on an objective fact that has both legal and social nuances the 
imprescriptibility of crimes against the environment and natural resources supported by the rights 
contemplated in the Constitution of the Republic of Peru to all its citizens is the right to live and 
enjoy a healthy, balanced environment, the Criminal Code typifies some behaviors that harm the 
environment in Title XIII Environmental crimes Chapter I pollution offenses and Chapter II 
offenses against natural resources where up to date is not enough to prevent further control and 
regulate crimes against natural resources and the environment, causing damage to it and damage 
to beings living in it, indirectly and indirectly affecting the survival of humanity with respect to 
justifications, the imprescriptibility is promoted. seeks that the state can persecute in an 
indefinite manner finida a person involved in a criminal act the maximum time to continue with
