INTRODUCCION 
Actualmente la Universidad Nacional Diego Quispe Tito del Cusco, realiza el 
seguimiento de sus trámites administrativos de forma manual, por tal motivo surge la 
idea de automatizar este servicio. 
Debido a que la Universidad cuenta con tres sedes ubicadas en distintos lugares de la 
región Cusco, el proyecto a implementarse es un sistema de web, con esto se busca 
optimizar y automatizar el proceso de seguimiento utilizando los recursos tecnológicos 
y humanos con los cuales cuenta dicha institución. 
Para el diseño e implementación del proyecto se utilizaran diversas herramientas de 
recolección de datos y software adecuado, se desarrollará como un módulo el cual se 
integrará al servidor que ellos poseen, el sistema se enfoca con una visión a futuro para 
la integración de otros sistemas de información  que contribuyan al desarrollo de la 
organización. 
El sistema aportará con reportes que ayudarán al personal administrativo a tener un 
manejo de documentación detallada en los tiempos correspondientes. 
Existe un compromiso de colaboración entre los tesistas y la institución para captar con 
precisión las necesidades de los trabajadores de la Universidad y lograr con eficacia el

ABSTRACT 
Currently the National University Diego Quispe Tito of Cusco performs the monitoring 
of its administrative procedures manually, for this reason the idea of automating this 
service arises. 
Because the University has three locations located in different places of the Cusco 
region, the project to be implemented is a web system, with this it seeks to optimize and 
automate the monitoring process using the technological and human resources with 
which it has said institution. 
For the design and implementation of the project various data collection tools and 
software will be used, it will be developed as a module which will be integrated to the 
server they have, the system is focused with a vision for the future integration of other 
systems information that contribute to the development of the organization. 
The system will provide with reports that will help the administrative staff to have a 
detailed documentation management in the corresponding times. 
There is a commitment of collaboration between the thesis students and the institution 
to accurately capture the needs of the University's workers and effectively achieve the
