“Características de las tesis de pregrado de la Escuela 
Profesional de Enfermería de la Universidad Andina del Cusco” 
 
 
 
 
Las tesis de pregrado reflejan el patrón investigativo de la Universidad y 
como un indicador de calidad. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo el 
describir las características de las tesis de pregrado de la Escuela 
Profesional de Enfermería de la Universidad Andina del Cusco, durante el 
periodo 2003-2014. 
 
La Metodología: fue un estudio tipo exploratorio- retrospectivo. La muestra 
correspondió a 222 tesis archivadas en la biblioteca de mencionada 
escuela, aplicándoseles una ficha de recolección de datos con 25 ítems. 
 
 
Los Resultados obtenidos son: La principal temática abordada fue la 
Educación y Actitud del usuario 29,3%; la mayoría de las tesis se realizaron 
en el contexto hospitalario 36,1%, y aplicadas en la Provincia del Cusco 
65,7%; hubieron pocas tesis con referentes teóricos de Enfermería 
representado por 4,1%; hubo predominio total del enfoque cuantitativo, 
destacándose el estudio tipo Observacional-Descriptiva con 46,9%, en 
cuanto a la unidad de análisis fueron las madres con 18,4%, enfermeras 
14,4% y adultos 10,8%; la técnica de recolección de datos predomínate fue la 
entrevista, mientras que el instrumento aplicado en la mayoría de las tesis 
fue la encuesta con un 37,4%, para la validación de sus instrumentos 
utilizaron el juicio de expertos en un 50,9%; en aspectos éticos destaco el 
mixto (consentimiento informado-autorización de la institución e coordinación 
con responsables) en 43,7%. Para el análisis de los datos 56,8% utilizó 
medidas de tendencia central, 41% la prueba estadística no paramétrica del 
Chi Cuadrado.

“Characteristic’s thesis of undergraduates of Andina nursing 
college of Cusco” 
 
 
 
 
The thesis to undergraduates reflects the prospectus a research of the 
university. This is an indicator of quality. The study has as objective to 
describe the characteristic’s thesis of undergraduates of Andina nursing 
college of Cusco, for 2003-2014. 
 
 
Methodology: a study was retrospective and exploratory type. Sample 
corresponded to 222 theses archived at the library of mentioned school; 
data collection was carried out through a collection of data with 25 items. 
 
 
The results obtained are: the main theme addressed was education and 
attitude of users 29,3%; most of these were carried out in the hospital 
36,1%, and context applied in the province of Cusco 65,7%; There were 
few thesis with theoretical references of nurses represented by 4,1%; there’s 
predominance of the quantitative approach, highlighting the study was 
observation- descriptive with 46,9%, in terms of the unit of analysis were 
18,4% mothers, nurses 14,4% and adults 10,8%; the technique of data 
collection was the interview with a 62,2%, while the instrument applied in 
the majority of theses was the survey with 37,4%, the validation of their 
instruments used in the judgment of experts in 50,9%; on ethical aspects 
dominance consent informed-authorization of the institution and coordinate 
with responsible 40,5%. Analysis of data 56,8% used measures of central 
tendency, 41% non-parametric statistical test of Chi square.
