RESUMEN 
 
 
TÍTULO: “Estado Nutricional De Niños Menores De 5 Años Que 
Acuden Al Puesto De Salud San Pedro, Canchis, Cusco -2015”. 
 
 
OBJETIVO GENERAL: Determinar el estado nutricional de los niños 
menores de 5 años que acuden al Puesto de Salud San Pedro, Canchis, 
Cusco – 2015. 
 
 
OBJETIVOS ESPECÍFICOS: 
 
- Identificar las características generales de la población de Niños, 
que acuden al Puesto de Salud San Pedro, de la Provincia de 
Canchis. 
- Evaluar  el estado nutricional de Niños menores de 5 años  que 
acuden al Puesto de Salud San Pedro de la Provincia de Canchis 
 
DISEÑO METODOLÓGICO: Es descriptivo, 
transversal. 
 
 
 
MATERIALES Y MÉTODOS: El instrumento utilizado fue Fichas de 
Evaluación Nutricional y la técnica de recolección fue la Entrevista y la 
Observación. 
 
 
POBLACIÓN Y MUESTRA: La población estuvo conformada por todo 
los niños menores de 5 años que acuden al puesto de Salud San Pedro 
un total de 150 niños, cuya muestra fue obtenida mediante la 
aplicación de fórmula para poblaciones finitas obteniendo una muestra de 
106 niños. 
 
RESULTADOS Y CONCLUSIONES: En niños que acuden al Puesto de 
Salud San Pedro se determina el Estado Nutricional de acuerdo al 
indicador Peso/Edad, el 82,08% presenta nutrición normal, en relación de 
Peso/Talla, el 98,11% se encuentra normal, finalmente Talla/Edad, el 
56,60% se encuentran con una talla normal.

GENERAL OBJECTIVE: To determine the nutritional status of children 
under 5 years old who come to the health post San Pedro, Canchis, Cusco 
- 2015. 
 
 
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES: Identify the General characteristics of the 
population of children, who come to the health post San Pedro, 
province of Canchis. Evaluate the nutritional status of children under 5 
year’s old attending San health since Pedro's province of Canchis 
 
 
METHODOLOGICAL DESIGN: It is descriptive, 
transversal. 
 
 
 
MATERIALS AND METHODS: The instrument used was chips of 
nutritional assessment and collection technique was the interview and 
observation. 
 
 
SAMPLE POPULATION: The population consisted of all children under 5 
who visit the health post San Pedro a total of 150 children, whose 
sample was obtained by applying finite population formula for obtaining 
a sample of 106 children. 
 
 
RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS: In children who come to the health 
San Pedro nutritional status according to the ratio Weight / Age is 
determined, the 82,08% have normal nutrition, weight / height, 98,11% is 
normal finally size / Age, the 56,60% are with a normal size.
