Resumen 
 La investigación: “Nivel conocimiento y actitud sobre la tuberculosis 
pulmonar en pacientes de Estrategia Sanitaria, Prevención y Control de 
Tuberculosis del Hospital Regional del Cusco 2017”. Tuvo como objetivo 
determinar el conocimiento y la actitud sobre Tuberculosis en pacientes de 
Estrategia Sanitaria, prevención y control de tuberculosis del Hospital Regional 
del Cusco 2017, el estudio fue de tipo descriptivo y transversal, con una 
muestra de 60 pacientes. La técnica utilizada fue la entrevista, y el instrumento 
utilizado una encuesta. RESULTADOS: En el estudio se halló que 37% de los 
pacientes encuestados sus edades oscilan de 50 a 59 años, 52% de los 
pacientes encuestados son del género masculino y sólo 48% son de género 
femenino, 45% de los pacientes con tuberculosis tienen secundaria, 65% de los 
pacientes con tuberculosis su residencia es en la ciudad del Cusco, 24% 
provienen de la Convención y 11% provienen de otros lugares. Respecto al 
nivel de conocimientos sobre la tuberculosis  41% de los pacientes tienen buen 
nivel de conocimientos y 58% regular nivel de conocimientos, referente a la 
actitud de los pacientes con tuberculosis 85% de los pacientes tienen una 
actitud adecuada y 15% tienen una actitud  inadecuada hacia la enfermedad.

Abstract 
The research: "Level knowledge and attitude about pulmonary tuberculosis in 
patients of Sanitary Strategy, Prevention and Control of Tuberculosis of the 
Regional Hospital of Cusco 2017". Its objective is: To determine the knowledge 
and attitude about Tuberculosis in patients of the Health Strategy, prevention 
and control of tuberculosis of the Regional Hospital of Cusco 2017, the design 
was descriptive and transversal, with a sample of 80 patients. The technique 
used was the interview, the instrument was a survey. RESULTS: In the study it 
was found that 37% of the patients surveyed their ages range from 50 to 59 
years, 52% of the patients surveyed are male and only 48% are female, 45% of 
patients with tuberculosis have secondary, 65% of patients with tuberculosis live 
in the city of Cusco, 24% come from the Convention and 11% come from other 
places. Regarding the level of knowledge about tuberculosis, 58% of patients 
have a regular level of knowledge and the level of regular knowledge of 58%, in 
relation to the attitude of patients with tuberculosis, 15% have an attitude. 
inadequate  towards the disease.
