Resumen 
  
Analizar el turismo rural comunitario en la comunidad de Ocutuan del distrito de 
chinchero para contribuir en la calidad de vida del poblador es una de las actividades 
que puede paliar los problemas que la comunidad afronta tales como la exclusión social, 
deterioro del medio ambiente y la pérdida de identidad cultural. En efecto, el TRC 
genera ingresos suplementarios y dinamiza la economía local contribuyendo también al 
fortalecimiento de la identidad cultural y mejorando la calidad general de vida del 
poblador.  Esta investigación comprende un desarrollo progresivo de diferentes etapas 
que inicia desde la recopilación bibliográfica hasta el procesamiento de los datos 
geofísicos obtenidos en campo, elaboración de propuestas  y análisis de los resultados 
que permiten integrar todas las variables en un modelo final. Se realizaron encuestas 
como parte del instrumento  de medición y recopilación de información de  estudio de 
campo En la comunidad de Ocutuan del distrito de chinchero  los pobladores 
demuestran interés de participar activamente en el desarrollo del turismo rural 
comunitario habiendo ya formado su asociación de turismo rural y estar inscritos en la 
REDTUR INCA (red de turismo rural comunitario) y analizando los resultados de las 
encuestas realizadas a los turistas demuestran que ellos también están interesados a 
visitar las comunidades de chinchero para desarrollar la actividad de turismo rural 
comunitario con actividades como textilería , gastronomías y pesca deportiva que se 
realizara en la laguna de Piuray y de esta manera poder mejorar la calidad de vida del 
poblador

Abstract 
  
Analyzing community-based rural tourism in the Chinchero district's Ocutuan 
community to contribute to the villagers' quality of life is one of the activities that can 
alleviate problems facing the community such as social exclusion, environmental 
degradation and loss Of cultural identity. In effect, the TRC generates additional income 
and dynamizes the local economy also contributing to the strengthening of cultural 
identity and improving the general quality of life of the villager.  This research 
comprises a progressive development of different stages that starts from the 
bibliographical collection to the processing of the geophysical data obtained in the field, 
elaboration of proposals and analysis of the results that allow to integrate all the 
variables in a final model. Surveys were conducted as part of the instrument for 
measuring and compiling field study information In the community of Ocutuan of 
Chinchero district, residents are interested in participating actively in the development 
of community rural tourism, having already formed their rural tourism association and 
being enrolled in REDTUR INCA (Community Rural Tourism Network) and analyzing 
the results of Surveys conducted on tourists show that they are also interested in visiting 
Chinchero communities to develop community-based rural tourism activities with 
activities such as textiles, gastronomy and sport fishing to be carried out in the Piuray 
lagoon and in this way to improve the Quality of life of the settler
