Resumen 
 
El presente trabajo de investigación intitulado ““CALIDAD DE ATENCIÓN DE 
ENFERMERÍA DESDE LA PERCEPCIÓN DE LAS MADRES DE NIÑOS 
MENORES DE 5 AÑOS QUE ACUDEN AL CONSULTORIO DE NIÑO SANO 
DEL C.S. SAN PEDRO CUSCO - 2016” cuyo objetivo planteado fue 
Determinar la calidad de atención de enfermería desde la percepción de las 
madres de niños menores de 5 años que acuden al consultorio de niño sano 
del C.S. San Pedro, Cusco 2016 En el presente estudio la metodología 
empleada fue descriptiva, transversal la población estuvo conformada por 110 
madres de niños menores de 5 años que acuden al control de Niño Sano. 
Llegando a los siguientes resultados: el 40% de las madres encuestadas tiene 
entre 15-25 años de edad; en cuanto a su grado de instrucción el mayor 
porcentaje fue de 42% con estudios superior; el 60% habla el idioma 
castellano. El 50% de las madres indican a veces sentirse cómodas, un 52% 
considera malo al ambiente de espera, el 73 %considera regular las 
condiciones mobiliarias y un 82% indica que los servicios higiénicos están en 
mal estado; el 52% de las madres indican que le orientan sobre el cuidado de 
sus hijos , el 52% de las madres confía en la Enfermera, el 74% indica que la 
enfermera siempre las saluda, el 59% indican ser atendidas amablemente por 
la enfermera ,El 62% indica que recibieron una adecuada atención ,el 52 % 
indica comprender lo que la enfermera le explica, un 100% indica no realizar 
ningún pago por la atención , el 52% está satisfecha tras la consulta y un 61% 
de las madres refiere que si pudiera elegir otro establecimiento lo haría y EL 
60% de las madres encuestadas consideran  (BUENA CALIDAD DE 
ATENCIÓN) seguido del 30% quienes indican que es (REGULAR CALIDAD DE 
ATENCIÓN) y un 10% indican que es (MALA CALIDAD DE ATENCIÓN).

Abstract 
 
The present research work titled "QUALITY OF NURSE CARE SINCE THE 
PERCEPTION OF MOTHERS OF CHILDREN UNDERAGE 5 YEARS THAT 
GO TO THE CONSULTATION OF CHILD HEALTHY OF C.S. SAN PEDRO 
CUSCO - 2016 "The objective was to determine the quality of nurse care from 
the perception of the mothers of children underage  5 who attend the office of 
healthy child of C.S. San Pedro, Cusco 2016 In the present study, the 
methodology used was descriptive, transversal the population was formed by 
110 mothers of children underage 5 years of  age who come to the control of 
Niño Sano. Coming to the following results: 40% of mothers surveyed are 
between 15-25 years of age; In terms of education, the highest percentage was 
42% with higher educatio; 60% speak the Spanish language. 50% of the 
mothers sometimes feel comfortable, 52 % consider the waiting environment 
bad, 73 % consider regular conditions of furniture , and 82 % indicates that the 
toilet is in poor condition; 52% of the mothers trust in the nurse 74% indicates 
that the nurse always greets her, 59% indicate that they were kindly cared for 
by the nurse, 62% indicated that they received adequate care, 52% indicate 
understanding what the nurse explains, 100% indicates  not to make any 
payment for care, 52% is satisfied after the consultation and 61% of the 
mothers said That if they could choose another establishment , they would do 
so., and 60% of the mothers surveyed considered (GOOD QUALITY OF CARE) 
followed by 30% who indicate that  (REGULAR QUALITY OF CARE) and 10% 
indicated (POOR QUALITY OF CARE).
