RESUMEN 
 
La presente investigación se ha desarrollado con el fin de establecer la relación 
significativa entre la variable gestión administrativa y ejecución presupuestal en la 
Empresa Municipal de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado de Tambopata, para ello se utilizó 
la metodología científica, que a su vez ayudo a proporcionar resultados esperados desde 
el primer capítulo hasta el último capítulo.  Esta investigación es no experimental con 
un diseño descriptivo de corte transversal. El estudio facilito la recopilación de 
información de diferentes fuentes teóricas con respecto a las variables de estudio. Se usó 
el cuestionario como instrumento, tablas y gráficos descriptivos para determinar el 
porcentaje de posición de cada variable y dimensiones. El estadístico de alfa de 
cronbach, la media para dar interpretación según a la posición de la variable y 
dimensiones en sus respectiva Baremacion y por último el nivel de significancia a como 
resultado la determinación de aceptar o rechazar las hipótesis de la presente 
investigación. El total de encuestados fueron de 47 colaboradores de la Empresa 
Municipal de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado de Tambopata. Finalmente, en la última 
parte la tesis concluye que se dan como resultados para la comprobación de hipótesis 
que existe significancia entre las variables y dimensiones, para arribar a las 
conclusiones que se evidencia de una correlación positiva media entre las variables y 
dimensiones; posteriormente plantear sugerencias a manera de recomendaciones, donde 
se sugiere algunos puntos de vista frente a esta problemática.

ABSTRACT 
 
The present investigation has been developed with the purpose of establishing the 
significant relation between the variable administrative management and budgetary 
execution in the Municipal Company of Drinking Water and Sewerage of Tambopata, 
for it the scientific methodology was used, which in turn helped to provide results 
Expected from the first chapter to the last chapter. This research is non-experimental 
with a descriptive cross-sectional design. The study facilitated the collection of 
information from different theoretical sources with respect to the study variables. The 
questionnaire was used as an instrument, tables and descriptive graphs to determine the 
percentage of position of each variable and dimensions. The cronbach alpha statistic, the 
mean to give interpretation according to the position of the variable and dimensions in 
their respective Baremacion and finally the level of significance results in the 
determination to accept or reject the hypothesis of the present investigation. Total of 
respondents were 47 employees of the Municipal Water and Sewerage Company of 
Tambopata. Finally, in the last part, the thesis concludes that hypothesis testing occurs, 
to arrive at the conclusions and then propose suggestions in the form of 
recommendations, where some points of view against this problem are suggested.
