RESUMEN 
 
El presente trabajo de investigación intitulado “comportamiento organizacional de los 
trabajadores de la Municipalidad Provincial de Canas, Cusco – 2017” tiene como 
objetivo general describir el comportamiento organizacional de los trabajadores de la 
Municipalidad Provincial de Canas,n Cusco – 2017. La investigación es de tipo básico, 
cuantitativo, el diseño  no experimental y nivel descriptivo; la población de estudio está 
constituida por 110 trabajadores que laboran dentro la Municipalidad Provincial de 
Canas; se recopiló información a través  de la técnica denominada encuesta, con su 
instrumento el cuestionario aplicado a los trabajadores, cuyo resultado fue procesado 
con los programas estadísticos Excel y SPSS versión 22. Se realizó el índice de 
consistente Alfa de Cronbach, obteniendo un valor de 0.848 lo que indica que el 
instrumento tiene un alto grado de fiabilidad, validado su uso para el procesamiento de 
datos. Los resultados de la investigación demuestran que los trabajadores encuestados 
poseen un comportamiento organizacional, regular con un promedio 3.28, esto debido a 
la influencia de distintos factores que deben ser analizados y mejor manejados para 
obtener un comportamiento más positivo.

ABSTRACT 
   
The present research work entitled "Organizational Behavior of the workers of the 
Provincial Municipality of Canas, Cusco - 2017" has as a general objective to describe 
the organizational behavior of the workers of the Provincial Municipality of Canas, 
Cusco - 2017. The research is basic, quantitative, non-experimental design and 
descriptive level; the study population is made up of 110 workers who work within the 
Provincial Municipality of Canas; information was collected through the technique 
called survey with its questionnaire instrument applied to workers whose results were 
processed by Excel and SPSS version 22 statistical programs. The Cronbach Alpha 
index was obtained, obtaining a value of 3.28 what indicates that the instrument has a 
high degree of reliability, validated its use for data processing. The results of the 
research show that the surveyed workers have a normal behavior in 48.8%, this due to 
the influence of the factors that need to be analyzed and better managed to obtain a 
more positive behavior
