RESUMEN 
  
El presente trabajo cuya investigación se realiza con la finalidad de establecer 
de qué manera  El presente trabajo tiene un enfoque cuantitativo de alcance 
descriptivo, ya que pretende mostrar la característica del objeto de estudio 
mediante la recolección de datos para su análisis e interpretación.  El  diseño a 
utilizar en el presente trabajo es no experimental, al no manipular  las variables 
y en el que solo se observan los fenómenos en su ambiente natural para 
después analizarlo. El objetivo general del presente trabajo es:” Determinar y 
evaluar la situación del Ambiente de Control en el área de Logística del 
Hospital Alfredo Callo Rodríguez de la ciudad de Sicuani- Cusco periodo 
2016.”. La hipótesis formulada para la presente investigación es “La situación 
del Ambiente de Control en el área de Logística del Hospital Alfredo Callo 
Rodríguez de la ciudad de Sicuani en el periodo 2016 presenta deficiencias y 
limitaciones”  
 
ABSTRACTS 
  
The present research work Whose research is carried out with the purpose of 
establishing in what way The present work has a quantitative approach of 
descriptive scope, since it pretends to show the characteristic of the object of 
study through the collection of data for its analysis and interpretation. The 
design to be used in this work is non-experimental, not manipulating the 
variables and in which only the phenomena are observed in their natural 
environment and then analyzed. The general objective of the present work is: 
"To determine and evaluate the situation of the Control Environment and 
Operational Risk in the Logistics area of the Hospital Alfredo Callo Rodríguez of 
the city of Sicuani - Cusco in 2016." The hypothesis formulated for the present 
investigation is "The Situation of the Control Environment in the Logistics area 
of the Hospital Alfredo Callo Rodríguez of the city of Sicuani in the period 2016 
present deficiencies and limitations"
