Resumen 
 
El presente estudio planteó como objetivo conocer la correlación entre clima 
social escolar y bullying en escolares que cursan el sexto grado de primaria y 
primero de secundaria de la Institución Educativa 51006 Túpac Amaru del 
distrito de Santiago, Cusco 2013. Así mismo se planteó también identificar y 
describir las características según género, grado de estudios, edad y estructura 
familiar de las variables clima social escolar y bullying. Para ello se evaluaron a 
136 estudiantes. La investigación es descriptiva de tipo no experimental 
transversal y corresponde al diseño correlacional. 
Como resultado final se determinó; el coeficiente de correlación de Pearson 
hallado es de -,249 que nos indica una correlación inversamente proporcional 
(correlación negativa débil) entre las variables clima social escolar y bullying en 
escolares que cursan el sexto grado de primaria y primero de secundaria de la 
Institución Educativa Institución Educativa 51006 Túpac Amaru del distrito de 
Santiago, Cusco 2013.

Abstracts 
The present study aimed to know the correlation between school social climate 
and bullying in schoolchildren who attend the sixth grade of elementary and first 
year of the Institution Educative 51006 Tupac Amaru of the district of Santiago, 
Cusco 2013. Also it was raised also Identify and describe the characteristics 
according to gender, degree of studies, age and family structure of the variables 
social school climate and bullying. For this, 136 students were evaluated. The 
research is descriptive of transversal non experimental type and corresponds to 
the correlational design. As a final result it was determined; The Pearson 
correlation coefficient found is -, 249 which indicates an inversely proportional 
(weak negative correlation) correlation between the variables of school social 
climate and bullying in schoolchildren who attend the sixth grade of elementary 
school and the first one of secondary school of the Educational Institution 51006 
Tupac Amaru of the district of Santiago, Cusco 2013.
